Payment
Full payment is required to reserve your spot in a training or service for the selected day and time. The payment guarantees your booking with ISI Training Center: once we confirm your booking, we hold your place for the date(s) and time you specified (the Training Date).
Tuition and registration forms must be on file 21 days before the Training Date.
Cancellations and refunds
Refunds depend on how far ahead of the Training Date you cancel:

| 15 or more days before the Training Date | 100% of payment |
| 7 to 14 days before | 50% refunded (50% fee) |
| Less than 7 days before | No refund |
