Active Threat

Course Description

The course provides new advanced techniques to upgrade the unit’s tactical rapid deployment during an active threat event. ISI offer the most comprehensive problem solving tactical response solutions for active threat incidents. The course consists of intensive drills based on real world scenarios. Training for specifically campus based events consists of 3 day tactical operations and 1 day optional meeting with school district executives and district police.

ISI will also review existing equipment, introduce departments to new technology and equipment, and assist them in obtaining highly effective equipment at a low cost.

• Identification of various improvised explosive devices, booby traps, trip wires
• Containment of crisis zone and evacuation
• Coordination between school district, schools, district police and first responders
